Camaro Supplier Cadence suing GM

Cadence, the supplier for the new Camaro is suing General Motors because GM has refrained from paying Cadence $4.9 million in parts, labor, and equipment. Cadence filed bankruptcy last August, Cadence claims the money is the integral part of the liquidation plans. Before this happened, GM actually sued the supplier for the specialized tooling machines that help make the Camaro. The Camaro is already in the works and I believe all this drama might slow things down before it hits the streets. I guess only time will tell!
