 The StangNet community is one of complete dedication to the Ford Mustang. Well, the power of the people are here to present some absolutely exclusive spy shots of what could be the 2008 Ford Mustang Bullitt edition. Special thanks go out to one of our very own, 4bangstangvert, for providing the intel.
Some observations after reflecting on the experience and the images (not all elements are visible in the shots): - No red calipers
- Spoiler delete
- No extra scoops or louvers
- regular hood
- No badges on the fenders
- Appeared to have Shelby GT style axle-backs judging from the tips
Given the excitement surrounding these cars' potential, we are left to speculate. However, judging from the observations above and the way that car sounded, it could possibly be some cosmetic facelifting applied to a base Mustang GT and perhaps the inclusion of a FRPP Power Pack.
We are not 100% sure on the red GT, but feel its presence held significance. It had a spoiler, side scoops, and polished wheels--all things opposed to the one that possible Bullitt Popular Mechanics recently featured, but it did have the plain grille and some different exhaust tips. Perhaps another project Ford has in store?
